For the fisherman and boaters,  you have access to  a boat slip up to 33' long across the street for an additional cost. This includes a 20 pound bag of ice per day. You are just steps from Bayside Marina where you can launch your boat, buy gas, food, tackle  and frozen bait. 3.5 miles to the white sandy beaches and 8 miles to pier park. By water you are 15 minutes to the pass and 20 minutes to Shell Island.

Rental agreement* must be filled out with a copy of a valid driver  license and returned with in 48 hours of booking to secure your dates before gaining access to property. 

* if booked through VRBO or AIRBNB you do not have to sign a rental agreement.
